Shipping policy

Aura Vibrations has a processing time of 5-10 business days starting from the day after the order is placed.  This does not include weekends or holidays as business days.  Please be advised that due to covid-19 that there could be possible delivery delays.  I only offer standard shipping at this time and my shipping rate is $10.00. If packages are returned to Aura Vibrations, then you will be responsible for the return fee before the package can be reshipped. Once again if any packages are lost or stolen, there will be no refund. Aura Vibrations is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order is out for delivery or states that it has been shipped, you did not receive it, then you will need to contact your local post office.  You will receive shipping information by email or text, once I have fulfilled your order. If you do not receive this information, be sure to check your spam folders!
